Hi! I'm Katie - a Functional Nutritionist and Personal Trainer who is crazy (in a good way) about food - using it to fuel an active lifestyle and also restore balance in the body. As a long-distance runner and climber, I understand first-hand that the food we put in our body can make or break our workouts, and it can either help us achieve or derail fitness goals. At the same time, food is also SOCIAL, should TASTE GOOD, and also help SUPPORT & RESTORE balance to the body. My goal is to help you learn to fuel your active lifestyle and help correct imbalances so that you are achieving your goals on the trail, field, or anywhere else!
