Hi! I'm Katie - a Functional Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and endurance athlete. I work with women to develop a sustainable plan that optimizes their performance through targeted nutrition that works with their unique female physiology and menstrual cycle. Athletic events place increased demands on the body and require careful planning to ensure you can both enhance performance, recover, and not disrupt the natural balance of your body. In other words, your performance should NOT come at the cost of your long term health. This is where I combine my clinical nutrition background, training in sport nutrition, and first hand experience as both an endurance and strength athlete.
